Naomi Project provides direct legal services to survivors of human trafficking in South Dakota and represents survivors in immigration court while simultaneously applying for T visas and other affirmative avenues of relief. Naomi Project's organizing team works directly with federal partners to investigate worksites and companies where information or intelligence points to possible cases of human trafficking.
