Charleston Legal Access is the first non-profit law firm with a fee structure that takes into account the financial situation of its clients. The legal advice we offer is not free. However, our services are priced in such a way that people with moderate resources can afford them. Our fees are calculated individually for each client, depending on their income and family size. Advice and counsel sessions over the phone for free and 1-2 hour, in-depth, in-person consultations for a flat fee of $80. Additionally, we will do our best to help you connect with other legal advisory resource organizations and assist you in determining if you qualify for free help from these entities.
