The Immigration Legal Services team at World Relief DuPage provides high quality, low bono legal advice and representation with immigration benefits such as visas, green cards, and citizenship to keep families together and ensure legal stability and authorization to work. We seek to fill the gap in legal services for those who can’t afford private attorneys by ensuring access to accurate immigration law counsel.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Types of immigration legal services provided: Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
