The DC Volunteer Lawyers Project provides comprehensive legal services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other forms of gender-based violence, as well as vulnerable children living in dangerous situations. Our immigration practice represents clients on Asylum, VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, SIJS, EAD, and Adjustment of Status cases. We are also able to assist survivors with CPO, custody, and divorce cases.
