Community Justice Project (Harrisburg Office)
CJP engages in class action litigation, administrative law, legislative advocacy, and other forms of impact litigation to help create positive change for low-income residents of Pennsylvania. Our areas of experience include civil rights cases in housing, public benefits, employment, and immigration. CJP's immigration program serves immigrant survivors of human trafficking and other crime, particularly those who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault. Our Reading and Scranton offices provide assistance with VAWA petitions, U-Visa, T-Visas, and related applications. Our Reading office also provides naturalization services.
