Social Justice Collaborative (SJC) is a nonprofit organization that defends the rights of immigrants facing deportation by providing high-quality legal representation and full-scope immigration defense.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Deportation Defense: Asylum, Cancellation of Removal, Defense for Unaccompanied Minors, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)
Immigration Applications: Lawful Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Naturalization, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), T Visas (for survivors of trafficking), U Visas (for survivors of crimes in the U.S.), and VAWA (for survivors of domestic violence)
