Oasis Legal Services is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization providing comprehensive legal services to the LGBTQIA+ community. Oasis focuses primarily on affirmative asylum services and follow-up services such as asylee family petitions, residency, and naturalization. In addition, Oasis handles other miscellaneous types of immigration cases such as VAWA cases, fiancee visas, and non-asylee relative petitions. Oasis Legal Services proudly provides quality legal immigration services to under-represented low-income groups with a focus on LGBTQIA+ communities.
