Immigration Center is a ministry of The Fellowship at Western Oaks Church of the Nazarene. DOJ-accredited representatives provide family-based legal services at a very low cost. The church also provides free English as Second Language and Citizenship classes in English and Spanish in preparation for our clients' interviews.


We are authorized to serve all of Oklahoma and the panhandle of Texas.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Types of immigration legal services provided: Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation before the Immigration Court, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
Non-legal services: Citizenship / Civics classes, ESL, Legal Orientation Programs (LOP) / Know Your Rights Presentations (KYR), Referrals to other services
Populations served: Domestic Violence Victims, Human Trafficking Survivors, Individuals who are not in legal immigration status, Juveniles
