New Voice Immigration Assistance Services
New Voice Immigration Assistance Services provides low and moderate-income people with access to affordable immigration legal services. New Voice is a faith-based nonprofit organization that is recognized by the Department of Justice and can represent immigration clients before USCIS. New Voice is also part of the CIVIC Network (Community Initiatives for Visiting Immigrants in Confinement), where we visit, write, advocate, and elevate the stories of people confined in immigration detention. We welcome attorneys and law students to take the pro bono cases of those that are in immigration detention. We may provide the following immigration legal services to eligible persons: Citizenship / Naturalization Certificate, Green Card Applications / Renewal / Replacement, Family Petitions, Deferred Action, Employment Authorization, Fee Waiver (For Citizenship, Green Card Renewal, Employment Authorization, Certificate of Naturalization), and Foreign Document translation.
