Santa Fe Dreamers Project is a nonprofit organization located in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and El Pso that offers free legal services to immigrants. We provide representation with USCIS for Dreamers, U-Visa Applicants, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Family based petitions, political asylum, and Naturalization. We offer services to people in removal proceedings in the El Paso Immigration Court. Additionally, we provide bond, parole, and mertis representation in limited capacity in detention centers in New Mexico and West Texas.
