LSS Center for New Americans provides a wide range of services for newcomers to the USA or Americans with family abroad. Some of our services are specific to refugees, such as resettlement case management and refugee reunification applications. Other services are available to all and include English language learning classes, citizenship classes, interpretation services and assistance with immigration legal services such as family reunification, adjustment of status naturalization, T visas, U visas and other VAWA relief. We do not do deportation defense or asylum work. We currently offer legal services on site and remotely through ZOOM technology when needed, so that we can continue to serve the entire state of SD and even surrounding areas in the tri-state area. We are also working on building ESL curriculum for ZOOM E-Learning, which is expected to launch April 2020.
