Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin (CAPSH) provides free legal services to low-income residents, primarily from Hennepin County, Minnesota. Clients from the metro Twin Cities area and beyond are welcome. Legal services clinics are offered at six locations throughout Hennepin County, at different times of the day. CAPSH provides assistance for DACA and DAPA, naturalization applications, and provides limited legal advice on other immigration issues. Services are based on income eligibility.
