Tahirih Justice Center (Falls Church Office)
The Tahirih Justice Center provides legal services that are targeted at immigrant women and girls who have experienced or are fleeing gender-based violence. Types of immigration legal representation include gender-based asylum claims, U visas, T visas, VAWA, and SIJS cases. This office provides services to the VA counties on this page. It also provides services to Baltimore, MD as well as Montgomery County and Prince George's County in Maryland.
