Hogar Immigrant Services - Legal, a program of Catholic Charities Diocese of Arlington, seeks to fulfill the Catholic Church's mission to "welcome the stranger" by providing high-quality, low-cost immigration legal services to individuals, regardless of their race, religion, nationality, country of origin, or ability to pay.  We also provide referrals to other programs of Catholic Charities Diocese of Arlington, including citizenship, English, and workforce development classes; financial and other assistance to refugees and asylees; transitional housing facilities; mental health and therapy services; emergency food and financial assistance; and more.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, NACARA, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
