Founded in 2001, the Bernardo Kohler Center (BKC) is a nonprofit organization providing vital legal services to the Texas immigrant community. The BKC focuses on providing services to immigrant victims and vulnerable populations. Our work centers on Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, Crime Victims (U-Visa applications), Victims of Human Trafficking (T-Visa applications), and Asylum.
