St. Wendelin Parish - En Camino (Fostoria Office)
St. Wendelin's En Camino program brings the Catholic Church to migrant farm workers. During the summer months Sr. Elizabeth Maria Garcia ministers to the migrant camps in Seneca County. With the help of St. Wendelin Fostoria parishioners, she provides the migrant families with food, clothes, helps to connect them with social and pastoral services, and facilitates a worship service at each camp. Deacon Melvin Shell, Deacon Jim Hammer, Amelia Reyna and Alma Gutierrez from Job and family services minister in the Fremont Ohio area. Mary Torres serves in the area of immigration services in Toledo, OH from her office in St. Peter and Paul Parish.
