The Neighborhood Defender Service of Harlem assists residents of Northern Manhattan (including Harlem, Inwood and Washington Heights) who have been arrested or have criminal convictions. We represent these individuals in removal proceedings and assist with filing applications for adjustment of status, removing conditions of conditinal green cards, green card renewals,  citizenship, U visas, and other benefits with USCIS.
