Catholic Charities Legal Services Program offers immigration assistance to low and moderate income individuals throughout the ten southern counties of New Mexico. This office charges a nominal fee for family-based cases, DACA, and citizenship. Most victim services (T/U/VAWA/SIJS) are free. Can provide representation on some removal defense cases for victims.
