The Immigration Services Program of Catholic Charities, Diocese of Metuchen provides low-cost, immigration legal services on common immigration matters. Our program is formally recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and all of our legal representatives are DOJ Accredited. Our program specializes in Adjustments of Status, Naturalization, TPS Renewals, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) initial applications and renewals, applications for Employment Authorization, U Visas, and VAWA Petitions. We also provide general consultations. El Programa de Servicios de Inmigración asiste a personas y familias inmigrantes con servicios legales a
través de consulta y representación. Caridades Católicas, Diócesis de Metuchen es reconocida como un
proveedor de servicios legales de inmigración sin fines de lucro por el Departamento de Justicia (DOJ) de los Estados Unidos, y todos sus representantes legales están acreditados por el DOJ para representar a clientes en asuntos de inmigración.
