In some very limited cases, we are able to assist with DACA/DAPA applications, where the applicant or her child has been the victim of domestic violence, battery, extreme cruelty, sexual assault, human trafficking, or other U-Visa crime. We can also assist DACA/DAPA applicants who have a pending or approved I-130 Relative Visa petition if the applicant is the spouse, parent, or child of a U.S. Citizen. |
