Justice For Our Neighbors (JFON) provides free legal services to low-income immigrants as they go through the difficult and complex immigration process.

||Adjustment of Status, Asylum applications, Consular Processing, Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, NACARA, Naturalization/Citizenship, Removal hearings, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, T visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
|Types of immigration legal services provided:
||Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation before the Immigration Court, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), Federal court appeals
||Legal Orientation Programs (LOP) / Know Your Rights Presentations (KYR), Legislative advocacy (state or national), Referrals to other services

||The main office is in Silver Spring, Maryland. The Baltimore location holds Immigration Clinics once per month for potential new clients to seek advice and counsel and find out if they have a case that can be taken. If so, an appointment will be set up in the main office to begin working on the case. You must make an appointment to come to the clinics; they are not drop-in. You must first come to a clinic in order to meet with the attorney.
