Legal Services of Central Louisiana, a division of Acadiana Legal Service Corporation, provides legal advice and ongoing representation in civil cases to low-income and elderly residents of Avoyelles, Catahoula, Concordia, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides, Vernon and Winn parishes. An applicant must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
