Center for Employment Training's Immigration and Citizenship Program (ICP) provides quality immigration and citizenship services in order to promote and strengthen community involvement and self-efficacy among the immigrant population.

Counties served: Alameda, Contra Costa, Merced, Monterey, Sacramento, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Sonoma

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Employment authorization, Family-based petitions, NACARA, Naturalization/Citizenship, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Types of immigration legal services provided: Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS
Non-legal services: Administrative advocacy (CIS/ICE/CBP), Citizenship / Civics classes, Language services, Referrals to other services

Other information: Services are available Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. We also have a first-come, first-served DACA screening clinic on Thursdays 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
