California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. (Fresno Office)
The Agricultural Worker Justice program represents agricultural workers (including farm workers, dairy workers, nursery workers, and packing house workers) in employment, education, civil rights, migrant/employer provided housing cases and limited immigration cases, specifically T and U visas for agricultural workers who have suffered workplace violence or those whom identify as LGBTQ or Indigenous.
