El Concilio Family Services provides one-on-one assistance to eligible legal immigrants and U.S. citizens in applying for a broad range of family-based immigration services.

Areas of immigration legal assistance: Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Family-based petitions, Naturalization/Citizenship, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, U visas, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions
Types of immigration legal services provided: Help completing forms, Filings with USCIS, Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA)
Non-legal services: Administrative advocacy (CIS/ICE/CBP), Citizenship / Civics classes, ESL, Housing referrals, Legal Orientation Programs (LOP) / Know Your Rights Presentations (KYR), Referrals to other services, Social services
